Why should I lease furniture?

Leasing furniture instead of buying makes sense in many situations. The biggest reason to lease is if you will only be in Pittsburgh for a short time (anywhere from 3 months to as long as you need) for work, school, research or a project. Other reasons to consider furniture leasing is for corporate events, home remodel projects that require your family to move out, home staging, creating temporary guest rooms in your home, and for vacation or other rental properties. How long will my lease last?
After  the initial contract, your lease will continue on a month-to-month basis until you call us to pick it up. Any odd days will be prorated for the partial month.
I am only in Pittsburgh for a short time. Can I lease furniture?
Furniture leases with Pittsburgh Furniture Leasing & Sales can be any length of time.  A 3-month lease is most common, with a minimum monthly charge of $194.95 plus sales tax.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery to any address in Allegheny County is $79.00. Outside of Allegheny County, the delivery fee is based on location.
How quickly will my furniture be delivered?
After your rental application is received, we normally deliver within a day or two (Monday through Friday).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
May I choose my furniture?
You are welcome to pick your furniture from our online catalog, or in person at our showroom, in accordance to the furniture package you choose.
What happens if I damage my furniture?
Reasonable wear and tear is expected. Abuse, however, is not. for example; If you use the mattress as a flotation device in a pool, you will have to pay for it.
What about bed bugs?
Pittsburgh Furniture is a leader in this war. Along with continued training of our staff, we have our own heat treatment facility where we heat treat all returning beds as they enter the building.  We are the only company in this region to go to these lengths to eliminate any risk of bed bugs. We also conduct facility inspections by the NESDCA bed bug dog, Dino, or Copper from Good Night Sleep Tight, Inc.
What should we do while we are in Pittsburgh?
