Our furniture rental and leasing policies provide precise knowledge of costs, agreements, and requirements to apply for a lease. Our policies are as follows:

1. A three-month minimum lease term with a $259.00 monthly minimum is required.
2. The delivery fee within Allegheny County is $129.00.
3. Deliveries outside of Allegheny County are based on location (including pick-up).
4. Next business day delivery is available upon credit approval. (Monday-Friday)
5. First month’s lease fees and delivery are due upon delivery.
6. Pennsylvania state sales tax (7.00%) is assessed on all furniture sales and leases.
7. All lease payment terms are “due upon receipt” unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
